Refund Policy

Cancellations and returns

Unfortunately because matcha is a perishable product you will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of our products unless such products were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered. We do not accept returns to our address and kindly ask that you do not attempt this. If you have received damaged or faulty products please reach out to hello@greaty.co.uk as soon as possible and our team arrange for either a refund of the price of the product or a product replacement. 

Refunds are made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.

Details of the consumer rights described above, and an explanation of how to exercise them, are provided in the Order Confirmation. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.
